Claudia Humphrey

Executive Director

Claudia Humphrey is currently the Executive Director of LIFT3 Support Group, a non-profit agency that provides shelter and crisis intervention for domestic violence victims. Humphrey has been program team leader for Solano County’s Family Justice Center project where she worked with over forty service providers, law enforcement, elected official representatives and the district attorney’s office to help build the program structure for families and individuals visiting the justice center. Through her leadership, LIFT3 has the only shelter model in Solano County that includes crisis shelter, transitional and permanent housing for victims of abuse.

Humphrey recently became the host of her own domestic violence radio show, broadcast to over 200,000 listeners in the San Francisco-Bay Area. Claudia Humphrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management from San Francisco University and is candidate for a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is also the grandmother of six and mother of two adult sons.

One of the best ways to know oneself is to understand and know one’s own strengths and weaknesses. The Leadership Development Program has helped me to see myself on a deeper level. The exercises throughout the three day kick-off helped me to think about what I’ve accomplished and what goals I should stretch to reach.
