Living in Menifee with her husband of 25 years and two sons, Earley enjoys ZUMBA and spending time with family and friends in her spare time. Being a part of the SFP Leadership Development Program – Cohort II has been an invaluable experience thus far. The initial retreat offered a great introduction to the program and has bolstered my confidence as a leader. Our peer learning circles via phone have been especially beneficial for exchanging information/problem solving using the “coaching”method. I am truly amazed by how much I have learned about myself, my agency and leadership in such a short period of time. Our state’s domestic violence field will be better served as a result of the SFP Project and this Leadership Development program.
