Lisa Fronsman

Long time Lake County resident, Lisa Fronsman, appreciates the pleasures of rural living while understanding the challenges. Her career responsibilities are balanced with an active role in her daughter Shannon’s life. She currently sits as a member of the Board of Directors for the local competitive swim team and enjoys her involvement with the local youth. Fronsman is also a member of the Lake County Children’s Council Executive.
Her involvement in the domestic violence field began 15 years ago when Lake Family Resource Center took over the community crisis line and shelter based domestic violence programs in Lake County. At that time she greeted clients seeking services and served as personnel support.
Now Fronsman’s responsibilities have broadened with her role as the Director of Finance and Operations. She has served as the Interim Executive Director while the current Executive Director was out on sabbatical. Though Fronsman’s primary responsibilities are fund management, financial analysis and budget oversight, she has a keen sense of how funding and program operations must work hand in hand to provide top quality services for domestic violence survivors.
