Happily married, the proud mother of a 2 year-old Nicole, she says that motherhood is teaching her to live a more balanced life.

As leaders we often try to emulate others that have influenced us “following in their footsteps” and “filling their shoes” is a goal that is often out of our reach. I’ve learned that in order to truly lead one needs to step fully into their own shoes and leave their own footprint within an organization and the field; all the time not forgetting the unique experience, dedication, commitment and contribution of those that forged the path ahead of us.
