Vivian Lee

Vivian Lee is the Director of Counseling Programs at Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC). In 2005, Vivian started as a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern at LTSC. At that time, she provided individual therapy to the domestic violence survivors at Kosumosu, a transitional housing program. She was honored to join the LTSC family after graduation and became the DV housing program coordinator in 2007. In this role, Vivian oversees the daily operations of Kosumosu, provide weekly case management services and conduct support groups.
Vivian firmly believes in the strengths of survivors and witnesses firsthand their resilience while overcoming abusive experiences. She also works with seniors, coordinates the MSW internship program, and provides clinical supervision to the Center’s social workers. Vivian grew up in Hong Kong and speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin. She practices self-care by learning yoga, Chen Style Tai Chi, and reading spy novels.
