Earley started her career at S.A.F.E. as the agency’s 2nd employee; she was instrumental in the creation of agency policies and program curriculum that are presently utilized in S.A.F.E.’s service delivery. Earley currently manages staff and grant programs, while overseeing daily operations. She has completed graduate studies towards a MSW degree.

Earley’s professional social work experience began at Northeastern Illinois University while she interned at a domestic violence agency and trained students at Chicago Public Schools in teen dating violence prevention. Earley is an active member of the Southwest Family Justice Center collaborative working to enhance services for domestic violence victims in SW Riverside County. Living in Menifee with her husband of 25 years and two sons, Earley enjoys ZUMBA and spending time with family and friends in her spare time. She is looking forward to her first cruise to Alaska in 2012 with sisters, April and May!

Being a part of the SFP Leadership Development Program – Cohort II has been an invaluable experience thus far. The initial retreat offered a great introduction to the program and has bolstered my confidence as a leader. Our peer learning circles via phone have been especially beneficial for exchanging information/problem solving using the “coaching”method. I am truly amazed by how much I have learned about myself, my agency and leadership in such a short period of time. Our state’s domestic violence field will be better served as a result of the SFP Project and this Leadership Development program.
